Payment of utilized credit and fees shall be made every month by a direct debit deduction from The Account Holder's bank account or other offered payment options. The account holder must pay at least the minimum amount which is announced monthly on the account statement, an amount that is always at least SEK 300 per month.

If the account debt is less than SEK 300, however, the entire debt must be paid.

The total amount to be paid is stated in the monthly invoices. The total amount depends on the amount of credit used, the size of the installments and the repayment period. When utilizing a credit of SEK 10.000 for 24 months with a set-up fee of SEK 195 and an administration fee of SEK 60, the effective interest rate will be 33,40%. The total amount to be paid during the period will be SEK 12.989.

You have the right to withdraw from the credit agreement by leaving or sending a notice to this effect to Banq within 14 days from the date on which the credit agreement was entered into. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must repay the entire credit amount with the addition of accrued interest as soon as possible and no later than within 30 days. Interest is based on the day the borrower gained access to the credit up to and including the day it was repaid to the creditor. The bank shall, as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the day when the bank received the borrower's notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal, repay the fees that the borrower has paid in connection with the credit, with the exception of the expenses that the bank may have paid to the public. Swedish law shall apply to the credit agreement. Disputes arising from the credit agreement shall be tried in a Swedish court.

Complaints regarding Banq's products and services should be notified immediately to Banq´s complaints officer via e-mail: hello@pjum.com with 'Complaint' as a title. In case of dispute with Banq, the borrower has opportunity to turn to the Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. For that ARN must try the case, there are, among other things, certain value and time limits. A report to the board must be in writing. The bank undertakes to participate in the General Complaints Board's processing of the dispute.
